Line Cook / Chef de Partie at Hash & Forno

As Fall slowly makes it way we are looking to add more team members to a very busy kitchen.

Hash/Forno is looking for skilled kitchen team members: All Candidates must have FULL TIME availability that includes day and night shifts with weekend availability, including holidays.

Successful Candidates Can Perform The Following

• Opening or closing of restaurant on various stations
• Preparing of food items on Hash breakfast menu and Forno Italian menu including pasta's, pizza's, Tomahawk steaks.
• Working on fryers, sauté, flat top range and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and kitchen.
• Following recipes and plating of items
• Working in a open kitchen in front of guests
• Prepping of food items and executing catering events
• Ability to commute to work on daily basis

Priority interviews will be given to individual who have Food safety certification.
