Superintendent Recovery (Power Recovery Cogen).

Challenges

  • * Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee's participation
  • * Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review the activities in assigned area
    • * Power Recovery Cogeneration Departmen
  • * Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets
  • * Oversee powerhouse operations (boilers, steam, water systems, and utilities)
  • * Plant shutdowns, inspections, and preventive/corrective maintenance
  • * Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
  • * Optimize equipment performance and reliability
  • * Identify and lead energy efficiency and emission reduction projects
  • * Track performance standards and recommend improvements
  • * Ensure required training and certifications are up to date for all employees

Requirements

  • * Valid Class 2 Power Engineer certification (or working towards a Class 2)
  • * 5 - 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • * Experience in team leadership and regulatory compliance
  • * Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered
  • * Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
