Our team is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at Affinity! This role will work collaboratively and use a data-driven mindset to support the HR team through research, analysis, and reporting for HR programs and Total Rewards enhancements.
What you’ll do
- Participate in the development and maintenance of total rewards and workforce programs, systems, and tools
- Monitor, track, and perform analysis of incentive compensation results and payments to ensure program alignment and accuracy in reporting
- Perform compensation research and analysis, including market benchmarking, salary survey participation, and costing related to salary structures, base salary, incentive compensation programs, job design, and job evaluation. Analyze and interpret compensation and workforce data to identify trends, explain findings, and support decision-making.
- Maintain various HR programs, including the job evaluation program and workforce planning analytics

What you’ve got
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR analysis, compensation, and elements of total rewards systems
- Working knowledge of strategic human resources practices, including strategic workforce planning
- Ability to leverage data and technology to implement leading practices in all areas of work
