Primary Duties

Work Location: In person

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries related to agricultural supplies
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the warehouse area
• Load customer vehicles with product when required
• Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
• Support the warehouse where required with receiving and moving product, counting inventory, and any other ad hoc tasks

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse work is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills and experience with cashiering duties
• Ability to lift 25 kg (55lb) feed bags where necessary
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• A background in agriculture or familiarity with livestock is an asset
• Some Saturdays required

Experience

• Agriculture: 1 year (preferred)
