As a key contributor to the customer experience, your role will be to:

• establish annual business development plans, in collaboration with head office
• promote and share the establishment’s strategic orientations, positioning, and values with employees
• manage the planning of the budget and financial situation for the establishment
• ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of the St-Hubert customer experience, and implement measures aimed at increasing employee accountability
• establish communication mechanisms for all personnel and host certain meetings
• manage the performance appreciation program
• foster the development of internal succession
• implement all measures required to optimize employee loyalty
• select and train the members of the management team
• ensure that national, regional, and local marketing programs are implemented
• oversee the quality, service, and cleanliness of the establishment
• on occasion, represent the establishment and network to the public and to various business associations
• through your attitude, convey St-Hubert’s principles of integrity and professionalism
