We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to join our team at Bell Aurora. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, develops talent, and doesn’t settle for good when excellence is possible.

Your Role

• You will be responsible for the entire in-store experience, both in terms of results and team culture.
• Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
• Drive sales and meet goals, then set new ones
• Monitor results and take decisive corrective action
• Recruit, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential
• Deliver a customer experience that keeps them coming back
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
• Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
• Maintain store presentation and safety standards

This Is What We Offer You

• Base salary of $45,000 + unlimited bonus (top performers regularly earn $70,000 or more)
• 3 weeks of vacation.

Your Profile

• Store manager or team leader with retail experiench
• A natural coach, capable of bringing out the best in people
• Genuinely interested in technology and telecommunications
• Available during the day, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Results-oriented, organized, and deeply customer-focused
