QA Support Clerk at Natural Factors

The Quality Assurance (QA) Support Clerk provides support and assistance to the Quality Assurance Department.

Temporary Full-Time (1 Year Contract)

Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm; Onsite

$45,000 – $50,000

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for filing, scanning and maintenance of the QA documents according to their designated folders
• Support with issuing batch records and label releases as needed
• Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures (WPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions
• Other duties as assigned

You have

• Knowledge and experience working in a Pharmaceutical or Natural Health Products Company or Food Manufacturing facility
• cGMP knowledge (an asset)
• Able to multi-task
• MS Office Knowledge
• Data Entry experience
• Computer systems experience
