Meditech Expanse Trainer at Affinity

On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking Meditech Expanse Trainers. Primary responsibility to deliver classroom and live Teams / Virtual role and module-based end-user training. Candidates MUST have prior experience of teaching Meditech Expanse to end users.

Responsibilities

• Work with Bridge Northwest, site leads, subject-matter experts (SMEs), and core training team to confirm approved workflows, audiences, and training scope.
• Develop or adapt lesson materials, quick-reference guides, exercises, and competency checks.
• Deliver in-person and virtual classroom sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice for clinical, administrative, and support staff.
• Track attendance, completion, learner feedback, and identified knowledge gaps; recommend follow-up training.
• Support training readiness and, if requested, provide floor-walking and just in time / in practice education.
• Follow approved privacy, security, patient-safety, and change-control requirements.

Required Experience in one or more Meditech Expanse functional scope.
