Draftsperson at Toro Group of Companies

The Draftsperson reports directly to the Drafting Supervisor and Drafting Manager at Toro Aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate shop drawings using AutoCAD/REVIT, in compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and company standards.
• Work on assigned projects with guidance and support from a Job Captain, as required.
• Review and implement architectural revisions, ASIs, SKs, and engineer/client comments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards relevant to window wall systems.
• Support the engineering review and stamping process by addressing comments and updating drawings accordingly.
• Participate in Bluebeam sessions and internal reviews as required.
• Assist with as-built drawings and updates based on site conditions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
• Experience with window wall, 1- 3+ years of experience.
• Curtain wall, or façade systems experience considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of shop drawing production and coordination workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary Range: $50,000- $100,000 annually
