Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop Sumas Way in Abbotsford is hiring Guest Services team members!

We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our front desk and retail team. In this role, you'll help create a great first impression, keep the shop running smoothly, and make sure every guest has a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Guest Services team member, you'll help keep the front desk organized while supporting our guests and barbering team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, professional first impression
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Managing service queues and helping guests navigate their visits
• Providing information about services, products, and the Tommy Gun's experience
• Assisting guests with retail product selections
• Supporting product displays, merchandising, and inventory organization
• Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Working closely with barbers and other team members to maintain a smooth guest experience
• Managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and can confidently manage the demands of a busy front desk.

Customer Service & Communication

• Excellent customer service skills and a guest-focused attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Confidence answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting guests
• A friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude

Organization & Teamwork

• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to support teammates and contribute to a positive workplace
• Attention to detail when managing service queues and front desk responsibilities

Additional Experience

• Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
• Previous experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is an asset
