What You'll Do

You'll help create the Tommy Gun's experience by:

• Providing quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
• Taking the time to understand each guest's style and preferences
• Delivering friendly, attentive service
• Staying current with barbering techniques and grooming trends
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized
• Working with your teammates to maintain a welcoming, efficient shop
• Building guest relationships through consistent, quality work

What We're Looking For

We're interested in meeting Barbers and Hairstylists who bring:

• Alberta Journeyperson certification or registered apprenticeship in Barber or Hairstylist
• Professional barbering or hairstyling experience
• Strong men's cutting and grooming skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current styles, techniques, and industry trends
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
