POSITION DETAILS


As a Team Assistant you will provide administrative support for our Personal Lines Division. We are seeking an individual with a strong desire to learn and grow to join our Burnaby head office in a Regular Full Time position.


Our Burnaby Still Creek head office location is centrally located near Brentwood Town Centre and Gilmore station in the Willingdon Business Park. This location is skytrain accessible with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Creating professional packages for our client with in-house product information


  • Update client information as changes occur


  • E-filing (EPIC) including scanning and t-filing (Novo)


  • Organizing mail and other documents

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

REQUIREMENTS


  • 1-2 years’ administration experience or working in an office environment


  • Level 1 General Insurance License preferred or willing to obtain


  • Experience using MS Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook


  • Prior experience using EPIC is an asset
