Job Summary


AECOM is seeking a Timesheet Administrator to join our CNRL Horizon Maintenance project team in Fort McMurray, Alberta location. This is a Full Time position on a 7 day on 7 day off rotation.


Time Management and Reporting maintains the automated proprietary time collection program that collects and processes time sheets.


  • Provides system training, performs floor-checks, and audits timesheets ensuring time worked is properly documented into appropriate project-task combinations and pay types in compliance with company policy and applicable local, state & federal regulations.


  • Reconciles hour and/or dollar discrepancies between Payroll and Project Accounting and reports any discrepancies/resolutions. Contacts various department supervisors and employees to resolve any discrepancies.


  • Exports weekly time to Project Accounting and Payroll for client billing and employee payments.


  • May assist in testing system upgrades and system changes.

Minimum Requirements


  • High school diploma


  • Proficient in MS office : Word, Excel, Outlook


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Detail and results oriented individual with the ability to prioritize and multi-task


  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills


  • Ability to work indepedently


  • Construction Safety Ticket : CSTS - 09

Preferred Qualifications


  • College diploma or university degree in Accounting and/or Business is an asset.


  • Previous time entry and/or high volume data entry experience is preferred.
