Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support
  • Responsible for Notice of Visit creation
  • Responsible for contingent worker timesheet processing in Oracle
  • A liaison between departments and contingent workers
  • Complete and provide cost transfer when required
  • Follow up with accounting regarding any payment issues
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Concur).
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Comfortable in dealing with financial and accounting terms
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French languages (written and spoken).
Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Oracle, Planisware and, or Advanced Excel is an asset
  • Experience as a Procurement Assistant would be an asset.

Duration: 12 months + possible extensions
