Job Description:


Individual Accountabilities:


  • Act as an advocate for the modern desktop and mobile experience in physical spaces at TD.


  • Be a leader of all Technology products and service capabilities for our physical locations across TD.


  • Act as an advocate for adaptive learning meaning, that solutions must be easy and fast to adopt


  • Delivery oversight of Technology provisioning for Enterprise Real Estate infrastructure


  • Product management of Technology Services within Physical Spaces across TD Campus and Retail locations

  1. Lifecycle management

  • Service management for Technology Services provisioned in retail locations specifically voice, video, collaboration services

Key Shared Accountabilities:


  • Define technology services to ensure interoperability with Enterprise Real Estate vision for "Physical meets Digital"


  • On-site device assistance with device management (TP, LAN assistance)


  • Real Estate infrastructure standards integration with Real Estate standards


  • Vendor management


  • Work with segment resources and business/TS LOB's on the delivery of voice, video, conferencing, AV, and other Real Estate infrastructure for business sponsored project


  • Work with Engineering & the Segments to drive standardization on workstation build and deploy patterns for voice, video, and conferencing
