Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary Administrative Assistant/Clerk in Regina, SK. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day tasks related to expense reports, including reviewing, processing, and reconciling expenses in a timely manner. Handle incoming calls professionally, providing assistance or directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Scan and digitize documents accurately, ensuring proper organization and storage. Attach scanned documents to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, maintaining data integrity and accessibility. Input information provided by field technicians into relevant databases or systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform various clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents to support efficient office operations. Assist with general administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management to contribute to overall team success. About you: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment Certificate/diploma in office administration is an asset Knowledge in Microsoft Word software's. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong planning and organizing abilities. Effective work and time management skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tasks.
