Description And Requirements

As a Midea Brand Advocate, throughout the busiest time of year you'll provide excitement, knowledge, and assistance to help spark sales for Midea by engaging store personnel and customers.

What will you do?

  • Excite customers by promoting Midea products (smart home and appliances).
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management. With the priority to drive sales.
  • Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
  • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management.
  • Train retail staff on client products, promotions, and messaging.
  • Provide feedback and insights back to the team around store performance, customer insights, and opportunities.


How will you succeed?

  • Leveraging your passion for appliances, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating your strong communication skills.
  • Identifying creative solutions for problems.


Experience And Qualifications

  • Previous telecommunications, mobile, or appliance experience would be an asset.
