Supply Chain is the lifeblood of a tech-manufacturer like AML. Its responsive and effective execution is critical to the overall success of the Company. Our Team of Supply Chain professionals is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team to provide support on all things Supply Chain: supplier coordination, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, exception management, and data analysis. Functional Accountabilities

Kit timeliness: Job kits are completed 2 weeks before scheduled production week.

Physical Accuracy: Less than 1% of delivered kits are returned. Kits are correct, complete, and have quality parts.

Inventory accuracy: Net adjustments for inventory counts of instruments part shelves are <2% of stock value.

Inbound inspection: Follows documented inbound receipt and inspection procedures, quarantines failed parts.

ESD Engaged: Adheres to material handling SOPs for ESD-sensitive parts.

Engages with the Methodology: Demonstrates learning and application of AMLs 7 Systems

Internal Customers: Addresses the needs of internal customers in a way that reinforces cohesion and alignment.

Cleanliness: Instrument part aisles maintain an average score of 4 for monthly cleanliness and organizational audits.

Backup: Able to back up Purchasing functions.

• Product Knowledge: Knowledge of AML's instrumentation product line. Can link shared information from various sources to impact on supply of parts. Doesn't necessarily know all the answers but has the ability to FIND the answers.
• Communication: Can clearly communicate technical and non technical information to the entire business unit.
• Organizational skills: ability to organize and systematize both physical inventory and digital information.
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of requested job kits
• Accurate and timely receipt of parts
• Monitor and cycle count inventory on a weekly basis
• Respond to production team requests
• Maintain electronic inventory records
• Participate in quarterly full inventory counts
• Other duties as required
