Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong STEM background who thrives in customer engagement and technical advisory. You will be pivotal in developing advanced equipment and chemical treatment solutions, enhancing energy and water efficiency across various industries, and contributing to environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage innovative equipment and chemical treatment solutions.
  • Serve as a technical advisor, understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Navigate treatment complexities with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Work hands-on with field test equipment and water treatment tools on commercial sites.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to foster account growth and create customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Enginering STEM fields such as Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environments, from heavy industrial to commercial properties.
  • Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or industry operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
