This is a peak, Head Cashier position with our Front End. Peak positions do not have guaranteed hours and require open availability on at least one weekend day. Preferred availability for Head Cashiers including open (5:30am) to close (9:30pm) and includes weekends.

Your role:
- Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
- Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
- Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
- Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
- Train and mentor new associates
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
- 1 year of retail experience
- 1 year of experience in team supervision
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to details
