This position reports to

Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

  • Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and

guidelines.

  • Acts with sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility.
  • Performs workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.
  • Checks bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and

ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.

  • Ensures the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.
  • Assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and

procedures.

  • Executes work as per first-time right approach and ensures the job is done on time and as per quality

standards.

  • Identifies improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the ways of working, communicates them

proactively and drives minor improvement actions.


Qualifications For The Role

  • The holder of the repair technician position must have the following skills:
  • A professional training diploma in the following fields: Electromechanics of automated systems, Mechanics of fixed machines, Welding-assembly, and Fabrication of metal structures and wrought metals, Welding-assembly.
  • A college diploma in physics, electronics, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • A high school diploma combined with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • A strong ability to learn and a sharp analytical mind.
  • Demonstrate a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and versatility.
  • Combine high quality and efficiency.
  • Be meticulous and manually skilled
