Role And Responsibilities

As a Windows Admin : We are looking for a Senior System administrator for our Global IT Infrastructure team. The role will primarily focus on Global Operations Support on Windows, O365 and AWS requirements. Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: B. E, B. Tech, MCA

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Server Administration.

Skills: (Technical & Behavioral skills)

  • Experience with Windows server administration
  • Experience with Windows, AD, ADFS, DNS & DHCP
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure management
  • Experience with VMware and storage are advantageous
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Good understanding of security tools, SSL certificates and security concepts
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Windows Licensing
  • Must be able to learn new technology/applications quickly
  • Project management - Well organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to multi-tasking environment
  • Good understanding of PowerShell and automation
  • Maintaining over 1000 Windows servers spread across multiple locations
  • Maintaining multiple Active Directory domains, DNS, DHCP and Group policies
  • Maintaining Microsoft 365 suite of services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc. for more than 800 users
  • Maintaining and continuing to develop the AWS environment
  • Providing security recommendations in all the areas of expertise
  • Maintaining the SSO(ADFS or Duo) environment
  • Upgrading Windows server OS to the highest versions
  • Providing independent technical support for staff and users
  • Troubleshooting/solving systems and server errors
  • Reviewing system error logs and fixing user-reported errors
  • Handling server patching, server hardening and fixing vulnerabilities
  • Do continuous research, automate repetitive tasks, suggest innovative ideas and implement new tools which benefit the team and organization
  • Mentoring the team and preparing SOP documentation
  • Behavioral Skills: Should have strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, accountability, strategic orientation, take initiative, learnability, strong decision-making capabilities

Desirable But Not Mandatory

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills relating to networking and security implementations
