We are seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join our commercial law practice group in Regina.

Our practice is characterized by collegiality, client service and a strong commitment to Western Canada, its business opportunities and its future. Our area of commercial law includes business acquisitions and divestitures, banking and commercial finance, real estate development, privacy and cybersecurity, technology, construction projects and procurement, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic corporate/commercial lawyer with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, effective practice management skills and a pragmatic approach to serving clients. We are interested in candidates at all levels of experience.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Business acquisitions and divestitures
  • Banking and commercial finance
  • Corporate reorganizations
  • Corporate governance

The successful lawyer would receive close mentorship from senior lawyers within the practice group. As a full-service law firm, we work together as a team to provide the highest level of service excellence to help our clients succeed in their goals.

  • Ability to work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team
  • Driven and hardworking with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Appreciation of the importance of providing outstanding, cost effective and responsive legal services to clients
