Position Information

Temporary position until approximately March 31st, 2025

Rotation/Shifts

Days and evenings, including weekends, 8 hour shifts

Basic Requirements

  • Completion of a three (3) year college diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Minimum three (3) years of related experience;
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and writing reports;
  • Ability to report on data that requires interpretation;
  • Ability to audit data to ensure accuracy;
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience coordinating and managing data collection operations;
  • Knowledge in the deployment of new processes or initiatives relevant to data analysis;
  • Knowledge of processes for standard data entry;
  • Proven ability to develop and/or revise standardized processes and procedures related to data management for functional area;
  • Provide recommendations and implement changes to improve data quality monitoring;
  • Ability to continuously monitor and maintain reports to ensure timely delivery of data to stakeholders;
  • Ability to provide day-to-day technical support to employees which includes trouble shooting, problem review and escalation;
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
