  • You will participate in Clinical Operations Disease Area Communities (CODACs) by providing strategic and operational input to deliver clinical studies. Supporting innovative clinical trial delivery through Clinical Operations Portfolio Enabling Communities (COPECs), addressing high-impact needs across multiple CODACs. While engaging with various geographies within global Clinical Operations to support local business needs and foster a unified community
  • Prioritize the needs of patients, investigators, and clinical site staff. Foster peer-to-peer collaborations to deeply understand and address their needs, nurturing a culture of curiosity for more efficient and patient-centric study operations
  • Boldly pursue Roche’s purpose by creating and embedding simpler, high-impact ways of working. Ensuring successful delivery of Clinical Operations' portfolio of studies and enabling projects, advancing Personalized Healthcare
  • Promote communication and community within a global matrixed environment, optimizing growth opportunities, drive new thinking, and embrace value creation by identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Roche and external bodies to achieve the Pharma Vision. Ensure GCP/GVP compliance, data integrity, and adopt a balanced risk-based approach in your work, seeking guidance when necessary

Who you are:

  • You hold an undergraduate degree in sciences, healthcare, life sciences and related fields
  • You are currently enrolled in a Masters in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization or Masters in Biotechnology program
  • You excel in collaborative, ambiguous environments where authority is shared and advice is key.
  • Your organizational and problem-solving skills drive the efficient management of Clinical Operations programs, studies, and projects.
  • As an effective communicator, you share information transparently and strategically, actively listening and working out loud. You thrive in diverse teams, whether leading or participating, and are passionate about inspiring success through the Roche Leadership Framework's VACC principles: Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach

Additional Information:

Location: Hybrid, Based in Mississauga (minimum 3 days in the office)

Hours: full-time (35 hours per week)

Length: This position is a 12-month work term (full-time) and is expected to begin in January 2025
