Position Overview
The CBG Canada Bilingual Marketing Coordinator supports key bilingual marketing and sales communications and events initiatives.
What you'll do
- 50% of Role: Translate all marketing and corporate collateral from English to French and updatingdesign files
- Write, coordinate, and publish customer-related service communication eBlasts for all channels
- Publish all internal and external communications
- Manage DAM – upload and organize all collateral
- Maintain customer email and marketing data files
- Manage Co-Op/Branding Program
- Support event planning functions including, but not limited to, hotel and meeting arrangements, customer travel coordination, audio visual needs, etc.; may include on-site support
- Manage CBG marketing email in-boxes
- Source, purchase and distribute promotional products, awards, etc.
- Support marketing budgeting process including tracking key expenditures through the year
- Engage and support in joint US-Canada marketing programs
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- Associate degree in Communications, Marketing or Business preferred
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Bilingual - English/French
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills including database management
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Constant Contact (or similar) and Survey Monkey (or similar)
- Experience with Widen DAM is a plus
