Your role at Clorox:

Product Data Planners (PDPs) are on the front lines of product lifecycle management, master data management, and materials management. As such, this position plays a key role in stewarding Clorox data and financial assets and driving business results. Product Data Planners acquire a broad understanding of the overall, end-to-end supply chain; from conceptualization to creation, production, and shipment to our customers.

In this role, you will:

New Item Set-up

• Lead multiple end to end Workflows for SAP ECC & SAP S4 HANA for raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress (WIP’s), finished goods and BOM’s.
• Navigate PLM, ECC and S4 systems to validate and maintain data elements across systems ensuring accuracy and consistency and conformance to data standards.
• Identify and resolve stuck and slow moving workflows
• Responsibility for attending scoping calls and coordinating set-up activities for all assigned projects and materials.
• Understand supply chain networks for system set-up.
• Develop timeline to effectively prioritize necessary work within time-sensitive conditions.
• Communicate updates of new item/system set-up to key stakeholders.
  
  

Data Maintenance

• Lead end to end Obsolescence, Reactivation and multiple Change Processes
• Execute Notice of Destruction (NODD) for remnant materials.
• Manage attribute changes from a variety of sources across the Enterprise
• Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, Customer Service teams
• Ensure and influence data integrity across the systems through material transitions/changes and bill of material updates.
• Maintain good relations with plants/external manufacturers and brand stakeholders
• Partner with Supply Planner to manage material determination/exclusion records.
  
  

Reporting

• Perform monthly and quarterly reporting metrics, highlighting gaps and paths to resolution
• Research various inventory types and status in order to collaborate with Supply Planners, Finance, Plants, Vendors, and Copackers to efficiently manage costs across all material types.
• Support Project Teams with accurate and reliable data to influence decision making

• SAP or other ERP experience
• CPG proven experience is desired
• Computer literacy - Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Project) and Outlook, Excel – Advanced
