This position is accountable for providing administrative support to the Store Operations Department team including:

• Provides confidential, administrative support to the Director of Store Operations, Retail Execution Manager, and the Liquor Express Specialist
• Supports the Corporate and Express stores in sending supplies, uniforms, etc.
• Supports the Liquor Express Specialist as it relates to reporting and follow up in Corporate, Express stores and Licensed Cannabis Retailers
• Completes office responsibilities including ensuring files are organized and maintained as per the corporate records classification system
• Assist in the development of retail floorplans
• Other related duties

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• High School Graduation;
• Graduation from a two-year diploma program in Office Administration from a recognized college;
• A minimum of three (3) years experience as administrative support;
• Thorough knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office applications. Advanced proficiency in Excel an asset:
• Experience with AutoCad would be a asset;
• Proficient communication skills;

Salary: CG 26: $47,853 - $52,962 annually
