We are looking for a self-starting, team-orientated, and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our team focused on GTM strategy and execution. You will be a product and marketing expert, clearly articulating the value of our suite of products and translating the needs of customers and sellers across marketing, sales enablement, and product. You will own a wide variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation, sales acceleration and customer retention.

Skills

Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Computer Science preferred), MBA an asset but not required
  • 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem or equivalent industry experience
  • 4+ year Product Marketing Experience in Saas
  • Strong ability to connect with customers and communicate their business needs to product requirements
  • Strong ability to manage expectations in an evolving environment
  • An understanding of SAAS company growth and experience with product development & planning processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication that help communicate our vision and value properly both internally and externally
  • Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
  • Ability to confidently pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with Client/Account management and product management for a SAAS company
  • Demonstrable knowledge of project management principles, tools and techniques is an asset

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end process for product launches including; project management, milestones, and deliverables and be a partner to the Product and Sales team, with a focus on getting results
  • Develop the suite narrative and individual product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates an understanding of our customers’ needs
  • Provide market intelligence including TAM and market share, revenue opportunity, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, industry, and analyst knowledge, SWOT
  • Uncover and develop customer segments across our product(ie. quantified customer profiles) to inform decisions and improve LTV
  • Turn internal product marketing documentation into relevant sales and marketing collateral, tools and documents to drive GTM enablement
  • Consistently iterate and revise our value propositions that are framed appropriately and resonate with the market and customer segments; uncover product-market fit
  • Run win/loss interviews and identify success stories for our customer story library and areas of improvement for our product and process.
  • Host and collaborate on content topics for our live demo series with the goal of educating and informing new buyers and existing customers
  • Report regularly on initiatives, milestones, and impact related to your insights (ie. MAU, product adoption by channel, usage of sales assets, etc)

Compensation

Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions. The salary band for this role is $90,000 - $105K

Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
