Why this Role?

The success of our wireless sensing innovations depends heavily on our Projects team, which acts as the vital bridge between internal technical teams and external clients. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of our groundbreaking technology to clients, directly impacting how our partners bring these innovations to market. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge innovation and real-world application, overseeing projects that transform everyday life.

In this hands-on role, your critical thinking skills will be essential in solving complex technical challenges while managing and nurturing client relationships. You will ensure that we not only meet but exceed expectations, consistently delivering world-class solutions and setting the gold standard for wireless sensing technology.


As a Project Manager focused on Client Solutions, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering technical requirements , leading product demos, , and assessing alignment between client needs and our solutions.
  • Translate client objectives into clear technical requirements, working closely with R&D and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, from initial scoping to final delivery, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet technical specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or technical challenges before they escalate, ensuring project milestones stay on track.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and technical alignment.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting client partnerships by proactively addressing client needs, providing technical support, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Act as a conduit for client feedback, helping refine our product offerings to better meet market demands.
  • Lead project debriefs, analyzing outcomes to improve future project performance and execution.


Who You Are:

  • You have a strong understanding of wireless technology, IoT, or similar industries, and can effectively translate complex technical concepts into simple, client-friendly language.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an asset for understanding complex regulations and fostering key industry relationships.
  • You excel in client-facing roles and can build trust and rapport quickly, ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • You have successfully led technical projects from inception to completion, managing multiple stakeholders with ease.
  • You possess strong critical thinking skills, allowing you to quickly assess risks and implement effective solutions under pressure.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability by making quick decisions and effectively responding to changing project requirements.
