Long Term Occasional Teaching Opportunity Supporting Classrooms from Kindergarten to Grade 8 at St John starting as soon as possible until approximately November 29, 2024.

This LTO assignment will be supporting daily unfilled teaching assignments for same day and/or covering short term/longer term classroom absences from Kindergarten to Grade 8 within the school.

Qualifications

Occasional Teachers must hold one of Primary, Junior, or Intermediate qualifications

First consideration will be given to Certified Occasional Teachers on the WCDSB Daily Occasional Teacher List. Second consideration will then be given to external certified teachers.

External Certified teachers, who are successful in obtaining a Long-Term Occasional teaching assignment with WCDSB, will also be placed on the WCDSB's Daily Occasional Teacher List.

Requirement: Primary qualifications are preferred. Consideration will be given to those who hold Junior or Intermediate qualifications.
