Hiring Process
After the pre-selection, you will be contacted by a member of our team and invited to an on-site interview with a possible guided tour of the store, including the service area.
In addition, as part of our standard hiring process, potential team members at the offer stage will be required to undergo a Canadian criminal record check, candidates must be legally eligible to work for any Canadian employer to be considered for this position at this time.

- Handling various vehicles and tires, performing tasks like removing wheels, tires, installing, balancing, rotating, and reinstalling wheels in accordance with standard operating procedures.

- You have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs.
- Safety mindset, ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
- Automotive or tire experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills, with the desire and ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience every time.

- Clean and organize the shop area to develop a safe work environment.
