Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens assessments
- Provide Lasik pre-operative and post-operative care, if desired
- Collaborate with a dedicated retail team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
- Inherit a substantial patient database from an established clinic
- Strong clinical expertise in administering eye exams
- Proficiency in contact lens fitting and management
- Knowledge of Lasik procedures (pre and post-operative care preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative retail environment
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Valid licensure to practice optometry in Canada
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, though not mandatory
