The Laura Canada liquidation store Service Associate provides exemplary customer service to every client. He has strong fashion awareness and is knowledgeable about our product. He supports store in all non-selling functions as per Laura Canada’s policies and procedures i.e. P.O.S. procedures, merchandising, markdowns and administrative functions.

1.  Customer Service

  • Provides exemplary customer service by acknowledging and assisting customers demonstrating a stop, drop and serve behavior.
  • Achieves the Capture Rate (75%).

2. Point of Sale

  • Executes all P.O.S. procedures with urgency, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Controls all cash handling and adheres to LP policies and procedures (i.e. float counts, deposits, petty cash, etc.).
  • Controls line ups by acknowledging customers with eye contact and a friendly smile.
  • Captures opportunities to add-on sales at point of sale (explains final sale policy).
  • Completes administrative requirements as directed (i.e. emails and transfers).

  • Conducts oneself in a professional manner.
  • Open to feedback and implements change in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates initiative on an on-going basis.
  • Attention to detail


  • Flexible to the hours of the business
  • Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings.
  • Works in a standing/walking position.
  • Lifts approximately 20-30 lbs of product/boxes, when required.
  • Uses ladders as required
