This is for a 14 month temporary position with the possibility of extension or becoming a permanent position.

The primary accountability will be to provide drafting support to the Product and Project Engineers/Designers by producing industry manufacturing and quotation drawings based on the design concepts as assigned.

Key Position Functions

• Provide drafting support and design layout related activities to the Engineering group by creating 3D models, drawings and documents as directed by an Engineer
• Ensure that drawings, work instructions and other published works are in accordance with relevant Stream-Flo Engineering and industry standards
• Create or make changes to component, assembly and certified dimensional drawings for manufacturing and production
• Maintain the accuracy of the model and drawing data within the Windchill Database
  
  

Preferred Candidates Will Possess a Combination Of The Following

• Diploma in an Engineering Technology discipline from a recognized technical institute, EDDT or Mechanical Technology preferred
• 1 to 2 years of related experience
• Membership with ASET or eligible to get membership in ASET as a CET
• Proficient in CADD drafting and drafting standards
• Proficient with producing drawings in AutoCAD
• Proficient with 3D Modeling and drafting in CREO
• Good communication (oral and written) and time management skills
• Self-motivated, good organizational abilities, and ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
