Reporting to our Operations team, we are currently looking for a dynamic, organized and career driven person to join our team in Delta as a Receptionist! You will have the chance to work with dynamic colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge and skills with you. Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Greeting employees, visitors, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Coordinating office activities (meetings, visitors, special events, planning catering, etc.) and managing custodial services at all time
  • Answer and forward all incoming calls.
  • Manage product label inventories for the commercial group.
  • Liaise with our Digital and Operations team as the main contact for workplace flexibility bookings.
  • Customer service support
  • Processing of Mail, Mail distribution (Incoming, outgoing) and processing of courier on a regular basis (preparation of bills, envelopes, call courier)
  • Manage local office supplies and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with any special projects as needed for various departments
  • Communicating with local service suppliers (ie, cleaners, landscapers, etc.) to ensure requirements are met
  • Answer and route all incoming calls
  • All other related tasks

What are the requirements and skills needed?

  • Have a related post-secondary education in office administration or related field
  • Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Host, Administrative Coordinator or Receptionist in a dynamic environment
  • Excited to contribute towards a high-performance culture
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; to work effectively with the Office 365 suite)

The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $40,000.00 and $54,500.00 annually. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous benefits plan for our contractual employees as well as vacation and paid time off. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
