Role Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere in our garden center.
- Utilize your expertise to oversee our merchandising and sales team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Share your knowledge and passion for gardening by providing training and guidance to our team members.
- Address any performance issues promptly and constructively, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with department leads to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Keep a close eye on inventory levels and work closely with our ordering team to restock products in a timely manner.
- Use your creative flair to ensure our retail displays align with customer preferences and budget constraints.
- Listen attentively to customer feedback and take proactive steps to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Adapt schedules to meet the seasonal demands of our business while staying within budgetary constraints.
- Build and nurture relationships with our buyers and administrative team to support the overall success of the store.
