Join our dynamic team as an Dealer Consultant, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our OEM-branded products within a network of dedicated dealers. Reporting to the OEM National Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of fostering exceptional business relationships and enhancing performance across various fronts. Your expertise will be instrumental in spearheading business development, meticulously overseeing product lines, and ensuring top-notch sales and representation strategies.

Your focus

  • Implement a strategy to grow iA Dealer Services / OEM product offerings.
  • Maintain excellent communication with the sales department (Consultants) with whom they share responsibility for specific accounts.
  • Ensure the opening of new accounts and be the contact for the customer throughout the opening process.
  • Carefully prepare each visit to the dealers in advance and visit retailers on a frequency that meets OEM requirements and/or segmentation.
  • Update dealer visit report to the dealer if needed.
  • Attend dealers’ set-up.
  • Deliver/execute OEM special programs and requests.
  • Stay ahead of the changes and activities in the market.
  • Attend all assigned meetings and pertinent social events.
  • Promote the development of new clients and contribute to business development efforts, when required.
  • Participate in iA Dealer Services trainings.
  • Travel across your territory to meet the needs of our Dealer Partners.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and a strong commitment to delivering value and satisfaction.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills to effectively handle your own schedule and to meet objectives.

What would be a nice to have:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in automotive/RV sales management or financial services management.
  • Understanding of OEM products distributed by iA Dealer services, manufacturers, and competition.
  • Knowledge of systems used by retailers (UniFI, UniFi 2.0, Dealertrack, Equifax, etc.).
