The work: Accenture’s Cloud First Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation. These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Running reports using ServiceNow or another Service Management tool.

  • Addressing Service Requests and ensuring compliance with all hardware and software agreements.

  • Analyzing reports and providing input to monthly reporting.

  • Coordinating IT asset purchases with the IT and Finance department for acquisition of assets, leasing, contracts and invoicing.

  • Performing activities relating to Purchase Requisition

  • Collaboration with vendors and Finance department on a continual basis to review service delivery and resolution of invoice inquiries and problems.

  • Supporting the contract renewals and or contract compliance functions working with IT teams to identify efficiencies during renewal periods.

  • Executing IT asset lifecycle activities from requisition through disposal. Including the deployment and retirement of assets.

  • Assisting with developing IT Asset Management procedures through collaboration with various IT Teams.

  • Ensuring proper levels of support are being maintained in service management tool (ServiceNow).

  • Working with Desk Side Support to resolve issues.

  • Creating, managing, and monitoring input files for invoice processing for vendor payment.


  • Basic Qualifications:


  • Beginner proficiency in Customer Service

  • Beginner proficiency in Asset Management It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills

  • There are no specified education requirements for this opportunity

  • Must have eligibility for Reliability Clearance (residing in Canada for at least 5 years)

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.


  • Preferred Qualification:


  • Beginner proficiency in Client Invoicing

  • Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Beginner proficiency in ServiceNow
