Premium Banking in Vancouver and will be based in the NBF branch, allowing

Your Role:
- Recommend and implement strategic financing solutions tailored to the
needs of National Bank Financial mass affluent clients - Take advantage of new business opportunities with wealth management
advisors and position the banking services of fer - Participate in the identification of new client’s business potential -
Act as a banking expert to NBF advisors - Rigorously apply processes and
procedures to properly analyze client needs and determine with them an
integrated and profitable financial strategy - Always provide exemplary customer service and a personalized customer
experience - Contribute to growing the Bank's share of wallet and profitability by
providing appropriate transactional banking and credit solutions to clients
referred by region’s NBF Wealth Advisors - Develop and lead the implementation of a strategic action plan with the
client tailored to their situation - Be responsible for the sustainability and profitability of the client
relationship with respect to their banking and financing needs - Establish ongoing communication with advisors to identify their needs
and propose solutions to maximize business development opportunities with their
clients - Follow up with potential clients and seize opportunities to refer them
to advisors and provide them with complementary offers - Integrate the appropriate specialists or stakeholders into the
relationship to adequately meet the needs of the clients - Ensure effective and efficient management of the client portfolio under
your responsibility - Interpret financial data and submit financing and credit renewal
requests.
Your Team:
You will be
working closely with NBF advisors and their respective teams in your region,
providing banking services and presenting lending solutions with the highest
standard of client care.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (or
related field) and six (6) years of relevant experience or master’s degree in a
relevant discipline and four (4) years of experience in a related field - Excellent knowledge of transactional banking and credit
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced experience in advisory services
- French language is an asset
