• Assessing talent and creating development opportunities to meet future business needs.
• Ensuring the quality of leadership practiced by direct report managers.

Salary Band: Level 7

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized post-secondary institution (or equivalent)
• Experience requirements
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in accounting, would be an asset
• Business acumen in the context of the financial industry, would be an asset.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to create clear understanding of expectations, address challenges and issues for the business unit; and represent the unit across the organization.
• This role will now be responsible for uploading data into all finance systems including Renovo (Management reporting tool), and for performing all the reconciliations between the different financial systems.
