Mechanical Supervisor

Our client, a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the worlds energy sector, has been experiencing significant growth and has partnered with KEC to add the talents of a Mechanical Supervisor to their 24/7 Mill operation. Prior experiences with Overhead Cranes will be considered an asset for this opportunity.

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for leading teams of Millwrights and Electricians in optimizing the reliability and maintainability of equipment by defining the maintenance strategy for each system, developing and supervising the execution of the Preventive maintenance plan, ensuring systematic failure, problem and performance analysis on equipment, defining corrective actions and generating improvement opportunities, and providing technical support to emergency crews and staff areas.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Mechatronics background and 4+ years of experience leading trades in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with capital projects and the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are looking for strong technical and leadership experiences as well as someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing their team with a focus on supporting production.
