Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part Time Pharmacy Assistant at our Pharmacy in our Food Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
• Assist pharmacist with preparation of prescriptions including compliance packaging
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of personal health information
• Assist in receiving and management of inventory
• Perform cashing duties, serve guests, and perform general housekeeping duties as required
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in a progressive, patient-centred Pharmacy and:
• You have completed the Pharmacy Assistant Program Certificate or have a minimum of 1 year Pharmacy experience
• You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum level of supervision
• You are honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
• You have the ability to pay attention to detail
• You have point of sale experience and can work in a fast-paced, guest facing environment
• You possess manual dexterity along with keyboarding skills
