Junior Investment Analyst

We are currently seeking a Junior Investment Analyst to support investment portfolio administration and assist with the investigation and implementation of new investment programs. This position provides the incumbent with a working knowledge of investments and acts as an entry point into the asset management field.

What is the Role
The Junior Investment Analyst coordinates with investment managers to receive account information, contributes to drafting investment reports, and undertakes data analysis. They also support the investment team during their due diligence process and other portfolio administration tasks.
What You Will Bring
- Possess or are actively working towards a degree in business administration plus 1-2 years of experience. Knowledge of financial markets and strong computer, mathematical and analytical skills are required.
- Interest in developing a working knowledge of financial markets and investment research.
- Desire to learn about various asset classes and markets.
- Analytical, writing and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work, collaborate and communicate in a professional team environment.
What You Can Expect
We offer a competitive salary range of $59,676.39 - $77,592.69, a 35-hour work week plus a full range of benefits, including extended health and dental care; retirement plan; group life insurance; sick leave; long-term disability and paid leave to deal with family, health and sickness and compassionate situations.
