Bilingual Order Management Representative (English & French)

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders, ensuring all necessary data is collected and logged accurately.
• Process payment requests, ensuring correctness and answering any questions.
• Manage product orders for employees and distributors, from data entry to completion.
• Work with internal teams to maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce and SAP systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to oversee invoicing and payment processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Sales Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Order Management
• Strong Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented, a proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with SAP OR Sales Force is a strong asset.
