Key Responsibilities
- Process orders, ensuring all necessary data is collected and logged accurately.
- Process payment requests, ensuring correctness and answering any questions.
- Manage product orders for employees and distributors, from data entry to completion.
- Work with internal teams to maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to oversee invoicing and payment processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French, demonstrating excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Sales Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Order Management
- Strong Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented, a proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with SAP OR Sales Force is a strong asset.
