  • What will your typical day look like?

    Primary Duties:

    • Translate all new Global content from US English to British English using the Smartling translation platform
    • Review translation for accuracy and quality Assist geographies in the coordination, notification, and roll out of content to each site/blueprint that will be using the British English language master
    • Coordinate and manage approvals for navigation changes and folder structure Alert the Global Operations & Editorial team to any changes on navigation or content at the local level
    • Monitor Regional Language Owners to track edits to existing Global content Capture page counts and edits
    • Track optouts – Global Operations & Editorial team utilizes an Opt-out Tracker to inform Member firms of updated content and page edits. Local area marketers are expected to review the tracker and declare any content available from Global that they wish to opt out of. Local site owners are expected to review the tracker and take their cue as to what content they should pull down from the master folder. Global Operations & Editorial maintain and review the tracker. It is expected the British English Language Owner will also monitor the optout tracker for any inconsistencies, or lack of input.

    Enough about us, let’s talk about you

    • UK English as a first language
    • Must have experience developing and publishing pages utilizing Adobe Experience Manager
    • Familiarity with using Smartling or other AI/Machine driven translation platforms an asset
    • Experience utilizing DAM systems
    • Familiarity working with production /project management platforms e.g. Workfront
    • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
    • Must be able to follow process, have exceptional proactive communication skills, and be able to assist the team with problem solving when required

    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
