About The Job
- Update the corporate records database.
- Review, scan, and organize documents in the document management system.
- Review, scan, and organize electronic minute books, and physical minute books.
- Submit annual reports to the corporate registry.
- Generate bills related to Annual Maintenance tasks.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Legal Administrative Assistant Cerification.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to effectively manage timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
