About The Role

As ATB’s next Customer Fulfillment Specialist, your role will focus on preparing and reviewing mortgage instructions and documentation and updating collateral details to ensure ATB’s collateral book of record is accurate and whole.

Please note that this is a temporary position for up to 9 months.

Accountabilities

  • Understands the range of applicable transaction activities at ATB (including by AOEs and strategic groups) and can handle requests from across the enterprise (e.g., front-line staff)
  • Carries out all transactional & processing activities related to transactions
  • Monitors processing of transactions
  • Troubleshoots first-level technical issues, and escalates issues where appropriate
  • Performs quality assurance and ensures adherence to departmental guidelines and established SLAs
  • Support in development and maintenance of process job-aids
