- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Handle returns and exchanges following company policies.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels at the checkout and restock as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
