Position Information

The Technical Systems Analyst's role is to operate and support collaboration and endpoint management platforms across the organization to ensure high levels of data quality, availability, and security. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure provisioning, efficiency, and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements

Rotation/Shifts

Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements

  • Three (3) year College diploma, University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field;
  • Eight (8) years of work experience in diverse and complex IT environments;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Experience working with global teams with a hybrid or distributed work environment
  • Good understanding of Endpoint and Collaboration architecture design techniques, theories, principles, and practices;
  • Working technical experience with planning, designing, building, deploying, configuring, and supporting Collaboration and EndPoint Solutions and management software;
  • Hands on experience with Active Directory;
  • Knowledge and experience in of IT Service Management systems, such as ServiceNow;
  • Knowledge of applicable data retention practices and laws;
  • Experience in developing and submitting governance framework, controls, audits and compliance reports to governing bodies, legal entities, and/or external authorities;
  • Project management experience;
  • Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives;
  • Strong customer service orientation;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
  • Strong technical documentation skills;
  • Good oral and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
  • Ability to conduct research into technical issues,standards, and products;
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language;
  • Highly self motivated and directed;
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Administration and Programming knowledge and Experience
  • PowerShell Programming knowledge and Experience
  • Active Directory Management knowledge and Experience including Group Policy Management


ServiceNow Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and solution architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including case management, employee experience, and lifecycle events.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and modules.
  • Expertise in building complex workflows, business rules, and UI policies within ServiceNow.


Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Certifications in HRSD, EAM, and ITSM implementations are highly desirable.


Technical Skills:

  • Advanced understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), integrations (REST/SOAP), and platform customization.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and third-party system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration and managing ServiceNow upgrades.


Process and Best Practices:

  • Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and methodologies, with a preference for ITIL certifications.
  • Experience applying industry best practices for HR operations, asset management, and IT service management to drive efficiency and service improvements. Continuous Improvement:
  • Proven track record of identifying areas for platform optimization and implementing automation to improve service delivery and reduce operational overhead.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's Agile Development processes, including sprint planning and release management.
